together the sustainability interests of students all across Switzerland, giving them a
common voice, and making sure that everybody knows about it. We are looking for you
to strengthen our team.

What you’ll be doing for the Ressort Project Creation of VSN-FDD-FSS

❖ Create Impactful Projects – Develop and implement innovative sustainability
initiatives that make a real difference for students.
❖ Collaborate with your counterpart in VSS-UNES to plan and conduct steering board
meetings, ensuring that student needs and sustainability goals are effectively
integrated into the project.
❖ Take the lead in developing, planning, and executing innovative projects that
promote sustainability among students with the help of the VSN-FDD-FSS network.
❖ Identify and engage with student organizations, academic institutions, and external
partners to co-create impactful sustainability initiatives.
❖ Inspire & Engage – Help shape the future of student sustainability by promoting
projects and mobilizing student communities.

innovative solutions to challenges.
A Team Player – You enjoy working with others, exchanging ideas, and collaborating in a
supportive, intrinsically motivated team.
A Student or Recent Graduate – Ideally, you’ve had some exposure to student
engagement and/or sustainability, but enthusiasm is what truly matters.
Motivated & Ready to Grow – You’re excited to challenge yourself, develop new skills,
and take on responsibility in a dynamic team.
Committed to Making an Impact – You can dedicate around 2-4 hours per week to
shaping meaningful projects and creating real change.
Communicative – You have an active knowledge of at least one national language and
some English (any additional national languages would be amazing!).

We are

The VSN-FDD-FSS is the Swiss Association of Student Organizations for Sustainability. We
are a national student-led network that connects and empowers students from Swiss
higher education institutions to actively engage in sustainability.
As an organization by students, for students, we collaborate with universities, student
associations like VSS-UNES, NGOs, and key stakeholders from the public and private
sectors to drive meaningful change. Our work includes:
❖ Developing and supporting sustainability projects that benefit students and
university communities.
❖ Advocating for stronger sustainability measures within higher education institutions.
❖ Hosting workshops, events, and networking opportunities to equip students with
skills and knowledge to take action.
